Eric Asimov has written an interesting take on Californian wines, he calls them “imitation” wines. The parallels to SA are not too obscure…

    jp – cant access your email…wanted to ask you if you are still involved with food and wine pairing and in particular events that promote the ‘education’ of pairing? Wanted to put an idea to you?
